Once I have made the booking, is there anything else I need to do?

There are a few things you can do to ensure proper disinfection. Please remove the bedsheets, pillow covers and other clothing items. For safety reasons, store your food items inside your cupboard/ fridge. Also, for more effective disinfection, kindly perform the necessary dusting beforehand.

How long will this service be effective?

The disinfection and sanitisation service will be effective for approximately a period of one week, provided there is no external contamination.

Which areas are included and excluded from the process?

The living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom will be disinfected in the process. Areas like kitchen cabinets, cupboards, electronic items, and gardens wouldn’t be covered.

Are the chemicals used in the process safe for everyone?

Yes, the chemicals used in the process are diluted. Specially, it is safe for kids, elders, and pets. In case of irritation, please rinse it with plenty of cold water.

Does the service eliminate viruses completely?

This service will disinfect all the contaminated surfaces in the house. The surfaces are safe as long as no further external contamination has occurred.
